PoDIUM at the RTR Conference 2024

PoDIUM took part in the 2024 edition of the Conference on Results from Road Transport Research (RTR), held from 5 to 7 February in Brussels. For the past seven years, the RTR conference has been the main platform for EU projects funded under the Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe programmes and working in road transport to showcase their preliminary results and impacts and outline next steps. The event offers an overview of the European research landscape, highlighting the latest developments advancing road transport.

Representing PoDIUM, Vasilis Sourlas from our Coordinator ICCS took the stage during session 8A on “CCAM and connectivity”. He delivered a comprehensive overview of the project’s objectives and presented the platform architecture that details the main technical developments that will be implemented in the three PoDIUM Living Labs.

Moderated by Pedro Perez-Losa (CINEA – European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency) and Hamid Zarghampour (Trafikverket), the session also featured presentations from EU-funded projects AUGMENTED CCAM and MobiDataLab.
