AWARD Pan-European Workshop: Charting the Roadmap for Autonomous Vehicles in European Logistics

PoDIUM participated in the AWARD joint workshop on Autonomous Vehicles in logistics. During the event, Lazaros Gkatzikis (ICCS) presented PoDIUM’s latest work, offering a glimpse into the project’s key achievements, breakthroughs and roadmap for advancing AVs in the logistics sector. The workshop brought together experts from industry, research and public authorities to shape an EU roadmap for AV adoption.

Interactive sessions focused on current challenges and future use cases, while breakout groups worked on a Vision Canvas for three scenarios — Airport, Port and Hub2Hub/Warehouse — exploring how autonomous solutions could transform each sector.
