PoDIUM webinar: The Spanish Living Lab and Its Use Cases: Progress and Challenges to Date

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our series of webinars focusing on the developments in PoDIUM’s Living Labs. The series will offer a closer look at the use cases demonstrated in the Living Labs and will provide more details on the Physical and Digital (PDI) technologies and other technical aspects of the use cases.

Join us on 27 November for the first webinar in this series, which will focus on the Spanish Living Lab and feature insights from PoDIUM partners Applus+ IDIADA, ETRA, and Autopistas.

The webinar will showcase the Spanish Living Lab’s innovative efforts, focusing on two key use cases. Use Case 2 addresses PDI for user-centric, CCAM-enabled traffic management in urban corridors, emphasising emergency vehicle prioritisation, traffic management optimisation, road user protection, integration with urban traffic systems, and infrastructure support for vehicle perception models. Use Case 3 explores real-time responsive PDI for CCAM-enabled traffic management in the Mediterranean cross-border corridor, tackling highway traffic management, data fusion, ITS message formats, and cross-border challenges such as 5G continuity and data sharing. Applus+ IDIADA will present its work on V2X communications and the integration of C-ITS developments, enabling seamless vehicle-to-infrastructure communication and supporting demonstrations with connected vehicles.

Join us to discover how the Spanish Living Lab is shaping the future of CCAM.
