Advancing Connected, Cooperative and Automated Mobility through Smart Infrastructure

PoDIUM’s Final Event took place on 19 November 2025 in Barcelona, bringing together project partners, city representatives and industry stakeholders to present the project’s results and demonstrate how integrated Physical and Digital Infrastructure can support the deployment of Connected, Cooperative and Automated Mobility (CCAM) in real traffic conditions.

The event combined project insights, exchanges on challenges and lessons learned, and a live demonstration of PoDIUM’s Barcelona use case, showcasing emergency vehicle prioritisation and vulnerable road user protection in an urban environment.
